Personas
As apart of my case study I created personas which are fictional users whose goals and characteristics represent the needs of a larger group of users.
During my certification program I conducted user research for my case study from multiple individuals which included pain points and goals when trying to schedule an appointment with a therapist.
Meet Jillian
Jillian is a 25 year old nursing assistant who is driven, detail-oriented and ambitious. Due to the climate of the world, lately Jillian has had difficulties finding a therapist with that can accommodate her current work schedule. She would love to find a therapist that is reasonable and who has accommodations to her current schedule
Jeremy
Jeremy is a 40-year old professor who teaches at the University of Illinois. His work schedule is sometimes a challenge as he work full-time and also offers tutoring sessions later in the day. He would like to find a therapist that is able to accommodate his busy schedule and his need to be within the comfort of his home for his appointments.
